Job Description
- Preparation and review of Technical document of Formulation and Packaging for smooth transfer of product across the globe
- Technical documents include different documents not limited to, IPS, FPS and SPS, Protocols (Stability protocol and Validation/sampling protocol, Hold time study protocol, AQL protocol), Reports (Pre-EB report, Trade dress report, Elemental Impurities, and Residual solvents, Development report), manufacturing docs (BMR and BPR), MFC, MPC.
- To involve for the resolution of regulatory queries related to drug product registration.
- To initiate the change control for clinical batches documents and TT documents and ensure the Pharmacopoeial compliance and to identify the impact of changes intimation.
- Maintain the MRF and MRN register for smooth functioning of material requisition and return.
- Maintain and issuance of the various logbooks for Document request, document archival, Retrieval, and training record logbook also.
- Extensive literature search related to the products assigned
- Ensuring good notebook documentation (GDP).
- Preparation and revision of SOPs, guidelines, and formats for Formulation lab and pilot plant
- Ensuring the completion of assigned activities within agreed timelines, cost, and specs.
- Extending cooperation to support team for smooth functioning of the project
