Job Title: NMR Scientist
Eligibility Criteria: Ph.D (NMR/ Chemistry) + Post-doc
Key Responsibilities:
- Should be conversant in structural elucidation and quantification methods for small molecules by 1D and 2D NMR of organic molecules
- Should be able to take up routine maintenance of NMR machines as a day to day activities for the smooth movement
- Should be able to maintain Protocols and Reports for the relevant studies.
- Should be able to maintain all the compliances and documentation procedures at NMR lab
- To have a Clear understanding of peptide/protein characterization using NMR spectroscopy.
- Should know setting up bimolecular NMR Experiments (Water suppression, TOCSY, NOESY, ROESY, DOSY, HMBC, TROSY, and basic 3D experiments)
- Knowledge in LCMS, HPLC, and other analytical techniques would be beneficial
