Minimum requirements
Minimum: M.Pharm/M.Tech or equivalent Desirable: Advanced degree in a scientific or relevant discipline (PhD or equivalent). Good knowledge of English (oral and written).
1)Successfully demonstrated several years (minimum of 3 years) of directly related experience as a senior scientist or PhD in Science with focus on pharmaceutical sciences and technology (e.g. Pharmacy, Chemistry) with 3-4 years of experience or MPharm with 10+ years of experience
2)Minimum 3 years of successful industry experience in the development of pharmaceutical injectable formulations ( liquid in vials, Lyophilization, suspension, NDDS), including bio-pharmaceutics and thorough understanding of challenges for poorly soluble compounds.
3)Proven track record in QbD is desired.
4)Interdisciplinary thinking and interest in collaboration with other functions.
5)Strong scientific leadership skills. Excellent knowledge of laboratory and/or technical tools.Thorough understanding of development activities and processes in a specific function.
6)Strong knowledge of relevant GLP, GMP
regulations and policies.7)Good presentation skill
