Job Title: Scientist

Purpose of the position:

1. Support technical phase on process development, optimization, product reformulation, raw material qualification, troubleshooting etc.

2. Work with R&D groups for technical transfer of products at in-house or TPM locations

3. Conduct experimentation and developmental activity to support the product life cycle management

Qualification:

1. Technical Qualification: Masters in Pharmaceutical Chemistry /Technology.

2. Skills :
a) Good analytical & problem‐solving skills
b) Hands-on experience on cosmetic formulations
c) Good integration with cross-functional teams
d) Good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support NPD pipe line and growth plans for India business.
2. On-time delivery of various GP improvements & BCP-RM qualification projects.
3. Lead troubleshooting efforts in-house manufacturing locations & TPM sites.
4. Lead and support technical transfer & validation documents and execution of technical transfer activities.
5. Lead technical investigation in product/process related to NC/CAPA.
6. Prepare paper BOM and SAP system input. Collaborate with relevant

functions to ensure BOM’s
correction and effectiveness
7. Accurately design & complete standard documents including specifications and test/qualification protocol, report…etc.
8. Complete training on time.
