Qualification we seek in you
Minimum Qualification

• Graduate in medical stream- B Pharma, M Pharma
• Experience in Group/ Individual Disability Insurance /Employee benefit/ Workers
• Compensation/ Life/ Health and/or LTC

Preferred Skill Set

• Ensure100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers, update dissemination, error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments
• Daily touchpoints with process trainers, SME to optimally drive knowledge management and people development practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS office, Excel & PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Experience in Group Disability Insurance Underwriting /Employee benefit/ Workers Compensation/ Individual disability Insurance or/and Insurance qualification/certifications will be an added advantage
• Preferred-prior Transitions/ knowledge transfer experience/engagement to enable smooth knowledge capture/ transfer
• Proactive communication & High analytical skills – should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
• Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and problem tackle.
• Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards
• Be compatible with Onshore /Offshore and customer in an encouraging and professional manner via email and on calls
• Balance own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met.
• Maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose
