Job Title: Lead Scientist
Job Description
Research and development for electrochemistry focused project areas. The applicant will initiate new product concepts and ideas and work collaboratively within a diverse team to identify needs and develop innovative new products and design solutions. You will participate in the complete development life cycle and analyze current R&D programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of issues to provide solutions. Conceptualize and implement novel concepts for electrochemically enabled R&D programs. Develop new and improved analysis methods and models to support both existing and potential future products. Apply your knowledge of design principles and engineering techniques to development efforts. Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Eligibility
- PhD or equivalent industrial experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or another closely related field.
- Practical experience with electrochemistry or battery construction and testing
