Job Title: Production Specialist (IPQA)
Eligibility: B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 02 years of Experience in Oral Solid Dosage Form
Job Description
- In-process checks at stages like Granulation, Compression, coating, Encapsulation and Packing
- Sampling at Intermediates stage and Finish stages like BU and Composite sampling
- Line clearances in Warehouse, Production and Packaging areas
- Preparation of IPQA related SOP’s
- Sampling of cleaning verification and validation
- Collection of Control and stability samples and maintaining records for control Samples
- Collection of hold time study samples
- Labelling of Raw/Packaging materials and in-process/bulk finished product after approvals
- Co-ordination with quality control personnel for sample handling
- Collection of stability and reserve sample
- Involved in the process validation activities
- Calibration and Qualification of IPQC instruments
- Review of executed batch record, masterbatch record (BMR/BPR) protocol, IPQA related all logbooks and reports
- Compliance to policy and procedures on Data integrity
