Job Title: Research Scientist-qbd /quality By Design
Eligibility: M Pharma
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Job Description
- To have indepth understanding of formulation product development activities including literature and patent search, innovator characterization, designing non-infringing product development strategies, preformulation studies, preparation of trial batches for development of prototype formulation.
- To have basic understanding about Analytical method development & parameters.
- To implement Quality by Design (QbD) principles in the development of drug products including identification of QTPP, CQAs for facilitating the development of prototype formulation
- Performing risk assessment activity to identify the CMAs and CPPs, followed by designing the experimental trials for optimization of the product and process parameters using suitable DoE
- Identification of design space and optimal working range for the product and processes understanding, followed by validation of design space for regulatory filing
Supporting the formulation scientist for compilation of report on QbD and DoE studies - To support the analytical team for planning QbD based studies for analytical method development for drug substance estimation and impurity profiling
- Addressing the regulatory queries on the products under filling and commercial stages
- Training and development of formulation and analytical scientist on QbD precepts and handling of DoE software
- Providing updates on newer regulatory guidances and concepts to the scientists for knowledge management.
