Description
1. Receiving Indents from all user department.
2. Issuing materials to all departments as per indent specification.
3. Maintain proper ledgers to all the material received and issued.
4. Prepare RGP/NRGP for all items sent for repair, exchange or on loan basis.
5. All store requisition raised and sent to IMCL with authorized signatory.
6. To provide consumption pattern of all category items to the in charge of Noida center in IMCL MMD.
7. All the MIS related to Noida center to be handed over to in charge Noida at IMCL by 3rd of every month.
8. Raising PR for the same with adequate quantity at hand to avoid any stock
9. Coordinating with vendors for speedy delivery of items.
10. Issuing items to indenting department.
11. Responsible for raising bills and consignment item booking for Noida center.
12. Keeping records of Physical verification of items once per month.
13. Assisting Executives in preparing MIS reports for the store.
14. Coordinates with the user departments (OT and Dialysis) to ensure proper communication and service.
a. Maintain zero stock out for all Vital items
15. Maintains all documents pertaining to issues, receipts, rejection and replacement of items.
a. Follow up for RGP/NRGP/Replacement
b. Issues slips
c. Receipt slips
16. Assisting Executives in preparing Non-moving /dead item list and co-ordinate with user department and vendor for utilization of such items.
a. Slow moving item list
b. Short expiry item list
c. Separate location for such items for easy inspection
17. Responsible for correct quantity and quality of materials received.
a. Check item as per PO description.
b. Ensure proper package and quality
18. Responsible for safety and proper maintenance of inventories in the store.
a. Maintain all safety norms and practices as per protocol.
b. Maintain good housekeeping practices for store area.
c. Ensure proper handling and storage of all items
19. Performs any other job assigned by HOD.
