Job Title: Executive – QA

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3 – 4 yrs

Key Roles/Responsibilities:
1) Visit TP manufacturing sites on regular basis
2) Supervise manufacturing activities at TP MFG site
3) Quality audit of TP manufacturing sites for current products
4) Review and audit of Raw data at TP sites
5) Coordinate with Public Test Labs, CFAs, TP sites for samples
6) Prepare Process validation protocols, SOPs, MOMs
7) Review BMR/ BPRs/ RM and PM specifications
8) Perform trend analysis for critical control points
9) Ensure validation activities related to PEL products, as per compliance
10) Document management for TP sites
11) Identify areas of improvements at TP sites and implement the processes to fill the gaps
12) Maintains product consistency throughout product cycle, to include the design, define and build phases through quality checkpoints and testing.
13) Assist HO team for technical Transfer of Product and analytical methods
14) Gather and review monthly batch manufacturing data

of sites
15) Liaison with HO and other departments for smooth production campaigns
16) Develop and maintain excellent rapport with site personnel
17) Train TP site officials as and when required
18) Daily reporting to Manager, Quality of PEL

Critical attributes/qualities:
Excellent communication skills, eye for details, Know-how of Pharmaceutical Quality and production processes, Good knowledge of current Pharmaceutical Regulations, ready for extensive travelling at North India Baddi, Paonta Sahib, Haridwar
