Job Title: Research Scientist

Eligibility: PhD in Chemistry
Job Responsibilities :
- Take initiative in setting up lab experimental facilities and resources based on the requirements for carrying out research in product microstructure.
- Generate and establish systems and processes to deliver commercialisable solutions to businesses engaged in.
- Develop thumb rules for product microstructure based product design for example, in lowering of fat, sugar and salt in food products while retaining sensorial superiority.
- Create new ideas for product design and ensure delivery in a timely manner from a robust portfolio of impactful projects for ITC’s Foods Division.
- Identify global collaborations that would accelerate delivering products in chosen categories.
- Efficiently network with various teams within ITC (product development, marketing, consumer, quality, manufacturing) to carry forward concepts and ideas to completion.
