Job Description:
1. Overall responsibility to Lead the Laboratory QA team.
2. Ensuring compliance of laboratory activities with company policy, procedure and cGMP/cGLP regulations.
3. To perform the activities for Laboratory Quality Assurance to support Review, Release and support in non-Conformance investigations.
4.To follow up and ensure the non-conformity records are closed within timeline.
5. To have a knowledge on review of audit trails of laboratory instruments.
6. To lead , motivate team to enhance their working skill/knowledge.
7. Ensuring format issuance as per
8. Review of raw data of Non-Routine reports (Calibration MT, MV, MV and Standard qualification).
9. Ensuring retention of documents and destruction of records .
7. Assures that appropriate calibration and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment and laboratory instruments are conducted as per schedule.
8. Ensure availability of current and approved SOPs.
9. Review of microbiology Reports.
