Job Title : Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Title of the Project : “Development of simple and cost effective method for recovery of proteins from dairy waste ”
Duration of the project : 2 years.
Emoluments : Rs 25,000 p.m. + 20% HRA as sanctioned by DST-SEED
Essential Qualification :
- B.Tech/ B.E. in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology/Food
Technology/Dairy Technology/ Biochemical Engineering/ Biotechnology AND M.Tech/ M.E. in Dairy Technology/Food Technology/ Biochemical Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Bioprocess Technology and related disciplines. - Knowledge of protein chemistry and the associated analytical techniques will be an added advantage and considered positively.
- GATE qualification is desirable.

The post is purely temporary in nature. The initial appointment is for 6 months with a provision to extend every six months till the completion of project subject to approval of Director, VNIT.
