Job Description:
1. Supervise the subordinates for timely completion of assigned projects.
2. Responsible for periodic reports updating to both internal and external clients.
3. Ensure the optimum resource utilization and cost efficiency.
4. Responsible for project planning and execution.
5. Ensure the implementation of regulatory compliances.
6. Troubleshoot the problem areas of project(s).
7. Responsible for clear individual derivable.
8. Follow EHS and quality system requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual safety and lab safety
9. Attend
all mandatory trainings and update training records as and when trainings are completedQualifications:
Preferred candidate – Minimum 0-4 years of experience for Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Synthetic organic/ Medicinal Chemistry / Organo-Metalic Chemistry
