Job Title: Application Scientist
Job Description:
Securing continuous development of application capabilities, competencies and core technologies with respect to House hold care (HHC) applications
Having in-depth understanding of house hold care applications using enzymes correlating with customer needs
Lead laundry projects across different Novozymes R&D departments, internally and globally with time-bound delivery of quality results
Present research findings to the project teams, via data analysis, reports and presentations to stakeholders
Ensuring scientific and personal development by active coaching of Research Associates
Building a strong network within Novozymes internally and connect externally with academia and customers via projects
Securing good team work within and across departments locally and globally
Actively interacting with Business Developers and potential customers to understand the various potential ideas to product development for Indian R&D

Qualifications:
Ph. D. in any branch of Biological or Chemical Sciences with 3-5 years. Work experience in the Laundry domain would be a plus
Strong technical skills at the bench, problem solving abilities, sound knowledge of the field, and excellent collaborative skills
Working knowledge of Statistical tools and analysis would be a plus
Experience in project management with people management skills.
