Job Description:
- Guarantee technical output of this group is of the maximum quality, scientifically sound and appropriately addresses the company need.
 - Support the construct from this ACI lab as well as the recruitment of specialized staff.
 - Build and improve technical capacity of the group through training.
 - Supervise and guide the laboratory work for lesser level research partners.
 - Ensure lab has instrumentation that’s qualified to proper standards, preserved in an operational condition and complies with the company requirements.
 - Essential contributor through experimental research designs, implementation and review/approval.
 - Competent deploying complicated analytical information and presenting at a type that’s acceptable for a wide ranging audience
 - Collaborate using a multidisciplinary group of subject matter specialists to create innovative solutions to complex issues through the use of numerous disciplines and technical fundamentals.
 - Create advanced products/processes/methods through publication combinations of experience within the business.
 
Qualifications:
- Has to be well-versed in analytic chemistry, spectroscopy, and impurity quantitation and characterization, structure elucidation and have knowledge in related areas. Should have the ability to critically analyze complex data.
 - Must have an understanding of chromatography, mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and plasma spectroscopy.
 - Ph.D. in chemistry-related area, with added 4 years’ related experience.
 - Direction of specialized teams and project management expertise is desired. Technical, managerial, leadership, and tactical strengths are crucial for this job.
 - Knowledge of GMP and regulatory principles.
 - Capable of assessing and innovatively solving complicated issues.
