C-MET Walk-in Interview: Job Description
C-MET invites eligible and highly motivated candidates for walk-in interviews to fill temporary positions. These C-MET Walk-in Interview roles support a project aimed at establishing process facilities for the pilot scale preparation of Nd, Pr metals, NdFeB alloy, and magnets. The engagement is time-bound and will conclude with the project duration, expected to end on 05 March 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Scientist: Conduct research in relevant fields and manage project activities.
- Project Staff Technical: Assist in technical operations and support project implementation.
- Project Staff Admin: Handle administrative tasks and maintain records.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Project Scientist: Ph.D. (Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy and Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science) or Ph.D. in relevant fields or M.E./M.Tech with 3 years of research experience.
- Project Staff Technical: First-class Diploma in Electrical, Civil, or Instrumentation.
- Project Staff Admin: First class B.Com/BA/B.Sc with 2 years of work experience.
Required Skills:
- Research experience in extractive metallurgy and powder metallurgy for Project Scientist.
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office for Project Staff Admin.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to project requirements.

- Recent passport-size photographs.
