Assistant Research Scientist – Job Details

Main Accountabilities

  • Develop Multi-scale, modelling, and Digital Material design capabilities to deliver materials to product and substrate insights
  • Validate Digital insights through in vitro protocols and proof of science
  • Build a pipeline of computational proof of principles based on Material, Product and Substrate
  • Build an IP funnel for differentiated & exclusive consumer benefits
  • Delivers effective reporting of scientific data, including peer-reviewed publications
  • Communicate and work closely with the global team to incorporate new technologies into the product
  • Apply Thought leadership through speed & teamwork

Critical Success Factors for the Job

Key Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Computational Chemistry, Multiscale Modelling

Relevant Experience

  • PhD / Master’s Computational / Physical Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Hands-on experience in Computational chemistry & Material design
