Assistant Research Scientist – Job Details

Main Accountabilities
- Develop Multi-scale, modelling, and Digital Material design capabilities to deliver materials to product and substrate insights
- Validate Digital insights through in vitro protocols and proof of science
- Build a pipeline of computational proof of principles based on Material, Product and Substrate
- Build an IP funnel for differentiated & exclusive consumer benefits
- Delivers effective reporting of scientific data, including peer-reviewed publications
- Communicate and work closely with the global team to incorporate new technologies into the product
- Apply Thought leadership through speed & teamwork

Critical Success Factors for the Job
Key Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Computational Chemistry, Multiscale Modelling

Relevant Experience
- PhD / Master’s Computational / Physical Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Hands-on experience in Computational chemistry & Material design
