Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹3–4 LPA (or as per current CTC with hike)

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related disciplines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct experiments and assist in formulation/process development.
• Perform literature reviews and support protocol design.
• Record, analyze, and interpret experimental data.
• Maintain lab notebooks, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in scaling up processes from lab to pilot/production.
• Operate and maintain lab instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV).
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP/GLP guidelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA/QC, Regulatory, Production).
• Support in regulatory documentation and tech transfer.
• Participate in troubleshooting and process improvements.
Key Skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D processes
• Familiarity with instruments like HPLC, dissolution apparatus, etc.
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements (USFDA, WHO, etc.)
