Mithros Chemicals PVT LTD, located in Hyderabad, is currently seeking a Sr. Chemist/Research Associate for Process R&D in the Organic division. This is a full-time position for candidates with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience, offering an annual salary ranging from ₹3L to ₹7.5L.
Job Description
Skills:
- Process R&D
- Multi-step organic synthesis
- Optimizing reaction conditions from gm scale to kg level
- Setting up reactions in parallel
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience working with pyrophoric materials
Qualifications & Experience:
- MSc in Organic Chemistry
- 3-5 years of bench experience in process R&D
- Experience in multi-step organic synthesis
- Scientific knowledge in synthesis and purification methods
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities include:
- Project execution
- Performing expected synthetic work
- Reaction setting, work-up, and analyses
- Compilation of project information in line with SOP
- Reporting potential problems to project leader
- Maintenance of lab equipment
