Job Highlights
- Carry out Lab trials DOE (Design of experiments)
- New product development
- New process development of existing products
- Troubleshooting jobs in coordination with the production department
- Ensure safety and 5S of the Lab
- Maintain and follow good working practices in R&D Lab
- Maintain all R&D equipment and documents
- Inventory control of laboratory chemicals
Requirements
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the chemical industry
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
