Adhesive Technologist Role Description
The Asian Paints Adhesive Technologist position involves assisting field teams with site sampling and complaint handling while extending support for new product development initiatives. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Sampling and Contractor Reach-out: Facilitate the field team in contractor outreach and induce sampling with the contractor set, registering them in MasterStrokes (MS).
- Complaint Handling: Provide rapid responses to product complaints raised by network dealers, contractors, carpenters, and masons.
- New Product Development: Complete all required testing and trials in coordination with R&T; take ownership of the application lab in the division.
- Product Training: Lead product training initiatives for the field teams within the division.
