In these Asian Paints QA Jobs, the Executive Level N – QA will be responsible for ensuring quality standards in the production process. This includes handling modern analytical instruments, daily inspection and testing of raw materials, and maintaining compliance with quality management systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Able to handle modern analytical instruments like GC, HPLC, FTIR, Particle Size Analyzer, pH meters, and Melting point testing.
- Conduct daily inspection and testing of raw materials and intermediates.
- Manage the rejection of raw materials if necessary.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and prepare quality records.
- Ensure proper machine and shop floor hygiene.
- Raise breakdown notifications in Maintain/SAP and carry out required transactions.
- Plan for the availability of consumables and monitor stock levels.
- Generate month-end standardization MIS reports and conduct various analyses for improvement opportunities.
