Job Description
The QC Officer will ensure the testing and approval of received samples of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) according to defined customer specifications. The role involves conducting paint sample testing in line with national and international standard test methods, issuing standardised test reports, and collaborating with production teams for root cause failure analysis of internal quality incidents. This position requires working in shifts with team members to maintain quality standards. Responsibilities
- Implement inspection plans for incoming materials and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with specifications for all released materials and products.

- Provide final shade approval for finished goods prior to dispatch.
- Provide final batch sample approval.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Paint Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in QC testing within the paints/coatings industry.
- Knowledge of ASTM/ISO paint testing standards.
- Hands-on experience with paint testing equipment such as viscometers, gloss meters, DFT meters, and analytical instruments like gas chromatography, KF moisture analyser, auto titrator, and colour spectrophotometer.
