Job Description:
The Quality Control Team Lead at Eurofragance will oversee the Raw Materials and Fragrance Quality Control team at the new manufacturing site in India. This role involves ensuring timely and reliable testing, evaluation, and release of incoming materials in alignment with the standards and
specifications defined by Headquarters. The successful candidate will translate HQ quality guidelines into effective local QC execution and support production continuity.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure testing and release of incoming raw materials and fragrance compounds according to HQ-defined specifications.
- Implement local QC routines in alignment with global quality standards.
- Oversee analytical, physical-chemical, and organoleptic testing activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reliable results.
- Support the start-up and stabilization of the new production plant in India.
- Coordinate with various departments including Production, Planning, and Supply Chain.
- Investigate and follow up on product-related non-conformities.
- Monitor QC KPIs and ensure laboratory equipment is maintained and calibrated.
Eligibility Criteria:
- University Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control or related roles, with at least 5 years preferred.
- Specific training in perfumery or fragrance evaluation is a strong plus.
