Job Overview:
Seven Seas Cosmetics is hiring for a Manufacturing Chemist Job in the Manufacturing Department at Rathdhana Industrial Area, Sonipat. The position reports to the Production Manager / Plant Manager and requires 2–4 years of relevant experience
. The selected candidate will supervise and execute manufacturing activities according to approved procedures while ensuring product quality, safety, GMP compliance, and company standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing of products according to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Weigh and dispense raw materials as per formulation requirements.
- Monitor mixing, blending, heating, cooling, and filling operations.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain production records and batch documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments.
- Monitor equipment cleaning and line clearance activities.
- Report any deviations, breakdowns, or quality issues to management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Pharm./M.Pharm. (preferred for pharmaceutical manufacturing).
- 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations.
- Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or personal care manufacturing preferred.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of GMP and SOP compliance.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Team management and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
