Job Description
The Senior Executive in the Unit Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing various logistics and supply chain operations. This role involves checking and reviewing purchase order requests, monitoring the receipt and control of daily purchase and production receipts, and ensuring the timely movement of materials within
the unit. The selected candidate will implement logistics cost targets and work on optimizing the logistics model to enhance efficiency.Responsibilities
- Check and review purchase order requests.
- Monitor the receipt and control of the Daily Purchase Receipt/Production Receipt of material.
- Review and maintain the receipt records on file until the invoice is received.
- Organize the timely movement of material within the unit to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement targets of logistics costs and work on an optimum logistics model.
- Coordinate with the planning and packing department for maintenance of proper accounting of recycled bottles and packing material in the unit.
- Follow up with suppliers/transporters for orders/deliveries.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on the availability of resources.
Eligibility
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in blending processes, with a solid understanding of food safety and quality assurance standards.
- Qualifications: M.Tech, M.Sc, or B.Sc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Alcohol Technology, or a related field.

- Hands-on exposure to blending processes.
- Understanding of food safety and quality assurance standards.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in managing logistics and supply chain operations.
