Job Description
Syngene is hiring a Senior Scientist – Process Development (Analytical Team – SARC PD) for its Bangalore location. This MSc Chemistry Job focuses on analytical development activities supporting pharmaceutical process development. The selected candidate will perform analytical method development
, evaluation, and validation while handling advanced laboratory instruments including HPLC, GC, GCMS, LCMS, KF, pXRD, and PSD. The role requires strong analytical skills, documentation practices, data integrity compliance, and laboratory safety awareness.Responsibilities
- Perform analytical method development and validation activities.
- Support process development projects through analytical testing.
- Handle HPLC, GC, GCMS, and LCMS instruments.
- Operate KF instruments for moisture analysis.
- Manage analytical experiments and record observations.
- Maintain laboratory notebooks (LNB/ELNB).
- Ensure compliance with data integrity guidelines.
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Perform analytical data interpretation.
- Support pharmaceutical research and development activities.
- Handle pXRD and PSD analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and safe laboratory practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: M.Sc. Chemistry / M.Pharm
- Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
- Hands-on experience in analytical chemistry techniques
