1. Young Professional (YP)
- Project Title: Development of Siddha-Based Energy-Dense Nutritional Supplement (EDNS)
- Vacancies: 1
- Salary: ₹45,000 per month (Consolidated)
- Project Duration: 6 Months
- Essential Qualifications/Eligibility Criteria: MTech or MSc in Chemical Engineering, Food Chemistry, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Organic Chemistry, with a minimum of one year of industrial experience in a food processing, food manufacturing, dairy, bakery, beverage, or allied food industry.
- Desirable: Experience in Design of Experiments (DoE), data analysis, formulation optimization, process control, pilot-scale trials, food safety and quality analysis, technical writing, data presentation, food regulations and standards, product development, and industry-oriented research projects
2. Project Assistant (PA)
- Project Title: Valorization of Food Industry Waste for Production of Cellulose Derivatives and Its Application as Food Additives (GAP-88)

- Salary: ₹25,000 + 10% HRA
- Project Duration: Till 03 September 2027
