Job Overview

TAPI is hiring a Quality Control Technician (Ion-Chromatography) for its manufacturing facility located in Industrial Area, Ghirongi, Malanpur, Madhya Pradesh. The selected candidate will perform analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, stability samples

, and cleaning validation samples using HPLC and Ion Chromatography techniques. This Quality Control Technician role involves laboratory operations, instrument calibration, compliance monitoring, analytical method support, deviation investigations, and maintenance of GMP-compliant quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, stability samples, and cleaning samples using HPLC and approved analytical methods.
  • Record and report analytical results accurately through LIMS and quality documentation systems.
  • Conduct calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system suitability testing of laboratory instruments.
  • Prepare mobile phases, standard solutions, and test samples according to approved procedures.
  • Ensure proper sample handling, labeling, storage, and traceability.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and controlled environments according to GMP and GLP requirements.
  • Support preparation and revision of SOPs, STPs, and analytical procedures.
  • Monitor inventory of chemicals, reagents, standards, and chromatographic columns.
  • Investigate and document LIR, OOS, OOT, and atypical analytical results.
  • Support CAPA implementation and root cause investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 data integrity requirements.
  • Assist in instrument qualification activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols.
  • Participate in analytical method validation and method transfer activities.
  • Maintain continuous audit readiness and laboratory compliance standards.
