Job Overview
The Associate – IRA Export Labeling Executive position is part of the International Regulatory Affairs team and focuses on the
preparation, review, coordination, and maintenance of export market labelling and packaging artwork. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with country-specific regulations, company standards, and product registration commitments. This Regulatory Affairs Job offers valuable exposure to international pharmaceutical regulations, artwork lifecycle management, export compliance requirements, and global market labelling practices.Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance
- Review and interpret country-specific labeling regulations for export markets.
- Ensure labels, cartons, leaflets, and packaging materials comply with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor updates in global labeling regulations and evaluate their impact on products.
- Prepare labeling specifications and artwork briefs.
- Artwork Coordination
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Packaging Development, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
- Review artwork proofs to ensure approved content is accurately implemented.
- Support artwork approval workflows and documentation processes.
- Change Management
- Assess labeling updates resulting from regulatory changes, product variations, and safety updates.
- Initiate and monitor change control activities.
- Ensure timely implementation of approved labeling modifications.
- Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain labeling records and approval documentation.
- Ensure documents remain audit-ready and compliant with quality management systems.
- Support internal and external inspections related to labeling activities.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Collaborate with global affiliates, distributors, and regulatory teams.
- Provide regulatory labeling guidance to cross-functional departments.
