Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- Proven experience of 3+ years in plant production processes and process engineering working with the SAP ERP system.
- Experience with the Management of Change Process, including subset reviews, including PSM, Process Hazard Analysis.
- Experience with internal non-conformance reviews to define root cause analysis (CAPA) and achieve first-time right batches.
- Strong technical competence and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of process safety management and a strong safety mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in international, cross-functional teams.
- Willing to travel as required.
