Job Description
Support to execute the reaction in the lab, assist in maintaining lab records, and the workplace. Support plant activities during scale-up. Follow the safety rules of the factory.
1. Strict adherence to cGMP norms and safety rules of the company.
2. Support the execution of the reaction on a day-to-day basis, and
3. Support the interpretation of analytical results to arrive at the conclusion of the experiments.
4. Responsible for supporting the handling/maintenance of lab equipment.
5. Responsible for supporting complete documentation of reaction and reaction-associated therewith.
6. To ensure calibration of lab equipment.
7. Intellectual contribution and support towards new ideas pertaining to the reaction and project.
8. To be a part of the team and support the successful and timely execution of projects.
9. Adherence to GLP practices.
10. To collaborate with cross-functional teams wherever required and provide necessary support.
11. To prepare weekly update and final reports.
Essential Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry with 0-1 years of Synthesis Lab experience is preferred.
