our Production team to support our expanding API & Specialty Chemicals operations.We are inviting applications from dynamic professionals Across levels, from fresh graduates to experienced production leaders, who are driven by manufacturing excellence, compliance, and operational discipline.
Position Details
- Role: Production – Trainee to Senior Executive
- Experience: 0 – 6 Years
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Tech
Key Responsibilities (Based on Experience)
- Reactor charging, filtration, centrifugation, drying & unit operations
- Execute batch manufacturing as per the approved BMR/BPR
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, cGMP, EHS & data integrity
- Monitor critical process parameters (Temperature, Pressure, RPM, etc.)
- Maintain batch records & production documentation
- Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling & in-process checks
- Lead shift operations & manpower allocation (senior roles)
- Handle deviations, OOS & support CAPA implementation
- Drive yield improvement & cost optimization
- Ensure audit readiness & regulatory compliance
- Implement 5S, Lean & operational excellence initiatives
