Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pharmacokinetic (PK) and statistical analyses for clinical trials.
• Prepare comprehensive PK reports and interpret data for regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., clinical, regulatory) to ensure study accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP and relevant regulatory guidelines.
Core Technical Skills:
Pharmacokinetics (PK):
• Deep understanding of ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion) principles.
• Hands-on experience in analyzing PK data and parameters like Cmax, Tmax, AUC, t1⁄2, etc.
Statistical Analysis:
• Proficiency in statistical methods used in clinical research.
• Experience with tools like SAS, R, Phoenix WinNonlin, or SPSS for bio-statistical and PK modeling.
Clinical Trial Data Interpretation:
• Ability to interpret complex data and generate clear, regulatory-compliant reports.
• Familiarity with bioavailability and bioequivalence studies.
Regulatory Knowledge:
• Sound understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, and DCGI guidelines.
• Knowledge of submission standards for regulatory
