Job Description

To follow the safety rules in the premises according to the company norms.

  • To ensure timely completion of SOPs training and on the job trainings related to production department.
  • Coordinate new joiners for internal and cross functional trainings in coordination with cross functional departments.
  • Coordinate with QA documentation cell for issuance of required documents and submission of completed documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety norms and timely completion of SOP and job trainings

  • Perform operation, cleaning, and maintenance of inspection and packing machines (e.g., visual inspection tables, X-ray, labeling machines)

  • Coordinate issuance and tracking of QA documents and training logs

  • Monitor environmental parameters: DP, RH, and temperature in inspection/packing areas

  • Maintain BMRs, BPRs, and log books in compliance with cGMP

  • Handle change controls, deviations, CAPA, and failure investigations

  • Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives

  • Perform gap analysis and initiate corrective actions as needed

  • Dispense, receive, and check packing materials as per SOP
