Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the selection & driving the projects for process improvement & product robustness
- Responsible for day-to-day activities including literature search & material management
- Responsible for identification & selection of data sources for data collection basis to contribute to use cases or problem statement, data structuring, data cleaning, and ensuring the completeness, consistency, and accuracy of data
- Responsible for root cause establishment via investigation of OOS/OOT, market complaints using different statistical tools
- Responsible for trials for root cause establishment, development, re-development/process robustness, performs stability studies and reviews experimental results
- To prepare technical documents like MBR, protocols, and risk assessment
- Responsible for executing trial/optimization/EB batches at respective manufacturing sites
- Prepare and review the justification/reports for regulatory filings
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Masters/Bachelors/Ph.D. in pharma
- Minimum work experience: 3-7 years of experience in Process development
