Guidelines for Summer Training & Dissertation at NIPER Raebareli
NIPER, Raebareli is offering Summer Training & Dissertation in the following departments:
- Medicinal Chemistry
- Pharmaceutics
- Pharmacology & Toxicology
- Regulatory Toxicology
- Biotechnology
The Summer Training will be imparted in all above-mentioned departments for the students belonging to the various pharmacy institutes, University departments, and colleges during the months of June and July every year. Dissertation will be opened throughout the year.
Proposed duration of Summer Training: 06 weeks (June 01, 2024 to July 12, 2024) Proposed duration of Dissertation: Maximum up to 6 Months
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students who are pursuing their graduation/post-graduation and have finished their 1st year of graduation/post-graduation in the field of Pharmaceutical/Chemical/Life Sciences from any one recognized Indian University.
- Letter of endorsement/ recommendation from their respective Institute/ College/ University or Head of the Department is mandatory.
Fees Details:
- Fees of Summer Training: Rs. 7,000/- for 6 weeks duration
- Fees for Dissertation: Rs. 5,000/- per month
Important Dates for Summer Training & Dissertation
- Last date for submission of CV and filled in application: May 22nd, 2024
- Selected candidates shall be informed by email: May 27th, 2024
- Date for depositing the fees: May 27th – 31st, 2024
- Commencement of Programme: June 01st, 2024
The dates proposed above are tentative and subject to change due to any exigency
How to Apply Summer Training & Dissertation
Candidates can submit their CV along with the duly filled application form to the email addresses of the faculty members, which are available in the “People” tab of the institute’s website. The faculty members may then recommend the names of the candidates to the Heads of the Departments, who serve as the concerned Coordinators for their respective departments. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email to proceed with the payment of the required fees.

How to Make Payment
The “SBI Collect” facility is available for the receipt of the following fees/revenue in the Director NIPER Fund A/c- 35788952646 of the Institute:

The link of the SBI Collect facility i.e. “Online Payment” has been placed beside the “EGovernance” tab of our website. Please choose the “Conference/Seminar/Symposium/Short-Term Course Fee” option for your payment and send the receipt with duly filled Google form provided by the [email protected].
Instructions to Candidates
- Canvassing in any form and/or bringing in any influence or otherwise will be treated as disqualification. All the candidates selected for hands-on training should spend the whole period in NIPER-R Transit Campus, Lucknow without break.
- The accommodation is not available at NIPER-R Lucknow campus therefore the candidates have to arrange the accommodation on their own during the training period.
- The fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, nor would this fee be held in reserve for any future training.
- In case, it is detected at any stage that a student does not fulfill the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information/certificate/documents or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her training are liable to be terminated. If any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after selection for summer training, his/her training is liable to be terminated.
- Under no circumstances, NIPER-R will be responsible for any miss happening/accident during the summer training tenure of the candidate.
- The institute reserves the right to prepone/ postpone or cancel the hands-on training on account of technical or administrative exigencies or any other reasons.
- The institute reserves the right to alter, modify or change the eligibility criteria and/or any of the other terms and conditions.
- After completion of the hands-on training/ summer training or dissertation, the trainee has to submit his/her final report to the supervisor.
