Production (Packing Operation)
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor packing activities adhering to Regulatory, GQS and HSE requirements, ensuring consistent good quality of products to meet customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly production schedules, following Regulatory, GQS, and HSE guidelines, with proper utilization of resources and optimum cycle time.
- Perform packing activities to achieve 100% customer service.
- Provide technical expertise on packing equipment and process.
- Adhere to ISO 14001 activities and objectives in Pharma.
- Perform all SAP and Athena related activities and generate monthly reports.
- Implement and ensure compliance to GQS, HSE, and ISO guidelines/standards, including process validation and qualification.
- Coordinate with various departments such as Pharma manufacturing, Engineering, Purchase, Quality Operations, Warehouse, and Manufacturing.
- Monitor and improve product yield, optimize material consumption.
- Train operative staff on GMP, HSE, ISO requirements, and machine operation.
- Carry out any other assignments or projects as per the instruction of the Department Head.
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors and promptly report potentially hazardous situations.
- Maintain plant assets in good condition and make optimum use of all resources.
- Ready to work in each shift and in any allocated areas.
Experience:
Two to three years of experience in pharmaceutical packing operation
Educational Qualification:
M. Pharm / B. Pharm from a reputed university with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in a large OSD manufacturing unit.
