Analytical Chemist job opportunity at Klüber Lubrication India Pvt. Ltd. in Mysore. This company is committed to diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for new raw material (RM) analysis & introduction and investigate internal rejected batches and complaints.
- Responsible for used analysis, RM and finished goods revalidation, Slop management, periodic maintenance of laboratory Instruments (including AMC) and competitor sample chemical analysis benchmarking.
- Should have proficient knowledge in handling instruments like Ferrography, FTIR, particle size analyzer, flow pressure, etc.
- Water condition monitoring and analysis (RO water, raw water, and process scale-up water) will be part of the roles and responsibility.
- Should be an active participant in new supplier evaluation and approval process. Knowledge on ISO audits will be an added advantage.
- Basic Knowledge of HSE
- Any other jobs as assigned.
Qualifications
- Masters in Analytical Chemistry with 3-5 Years in Petrochemical/ lubricant manufacturing industry experience.
- Should have experience in QA or R& D of any reputed medium sized professionally managed batch process industry.
- Hands on experience in Testing & Analysis as per International standard (ASTM/DIN etc.) is preferred
- Candidates with brilliant academic record and experience in QA
- Exposure to ISO system on Total quality management (TQM) is preferred
