  • Perform and supervise food testing
  • Review analytical results
  • Maintain technical records
  • Support method validation and QA
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting

Food Analyst Job Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have passed the FSSAI Food Analyst Examination (mention the exam year and provide the certificate).
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or a related discipline.
  • Experience in food analysis, lab QC and analytical result interpretation is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of FSSAI testing methods, food standards and ISO/IEC 17025.
  • HPLC, GC, LC-MS/MS or ICP-OES experience is an advantage.

Salary
