Job Description
Overview:
Main purpose:
- Vertical start up & stabilization of the green field operation.
- Ensure that the market demand from the Plant is being met optimally, while supporting the innovation agenda and support the impact agro team in line with the agreed Annual Operating Plan; leading all processes related to manufacturing are carried out smoothly at the Plant to consistently provide finished product that meets the business [product availability & quality] and applicable statutory requirements.
- To drive operational excellence processes in manufacturing (M&W/TPM/QMS/EMS) for continual improvement to move operations standards towards world class performance.
- Lead in driving operatives’ engagement on the shop floor including performance benchmark and appraisals.

Qualifications
Qualification and Experience:
- BTech / Food/ Dairy Technologist – Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Production with minimum 8-10 years of experience may be considered.
- Ability to lead large team of professionals & operatives.
- SET for at least one product platform.
- KL/GB for LSS program.

- Bias for action and shop floor management.
- Negotiation skills & influencing ability.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to read and infer from data points and have action bias.
