Job Description
The Piramal Pharma production role involves carrying out production operations in compliance with cGMP and EHS requirements. The Executive – Production will ensure the smooth operation of production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and ensuring raw material availability for daily production as per the production plan.
- Operation and cleaning of process equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, and various drying and filtering systems.
- Adherence to cGMP, GDP, and EHS requirements.
- Monitoring and controlling process parameters as per BMR without deviations.
- Execution of production plans and meeting production targets.
- Effective utilisation of resources including manpower, utilities, equipment, and materials.
- Maintaining good housekeeping in the workplace and shop floor.
- Online documentation of batch manufacturing records and cleaning records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry) / Diploma in Chemical
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in pharma production activities.
