Project Title: Bioinspired patterns to improve the mucoadhesion of polymeric patch on the ocular surface.
Applications are invited for ONE position of PhD Scholar under the supervision of Dr. Nirmal Jayabalan and Dr. Nandini Bhandaru.
Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification: First class in M.Pharm / M.Sc. equivalent from a recognized University.
Desirable Qualification: Experience and knowledge in drug delivery systems. GPAT/GATE/NET/DSTInspire/CSIR or equivalent qualifications will be preferred.
Scope of Work
- Development of polymeric patch (formulation optimization and characterization) for ocular administration.
- Pre-clinical evaluation of polymeric patch.
Fellowship: ₹37,000 to ₹42,000 per month (based on the year of PhD and performance).
Duration: As per BITS-Pilani norms.
Place of Work: BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, Hyderabad- 500078.
