Educational Qualification
MSc or Ph. D in Organic chemistry from a reputed university (Essential)
Previous Experience
- Knowledge & experience for Product development process
- 2-5 yrs of Project manager experience
- Previous Industry Experience from
Pharma-Fine-Chemicals-Agro
Functional Competencies
- End-to-end understanding of research to dispatch in new (development) and commercial products
- Understanding of Project Management knowledge / process (Initiation, Planning, Monitoring & Controlling, Execution & closing)
- Exposure to project and program management techniques and tools (MS Project) (desirable)
- Proficient computer skills, including MS applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
- Data analytics of project related data (technical / non-technical)
Behavioural and Leadership Competencies
- The ability to achieve results without explicit authority
- Managing people who do not report to him or her
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
