Department Department of Chemistry, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar

Project Tenure 03 Years (36 Months)

Job Description The candidate has to perform laboratory experiments, review of
literature and manuscript writing.

Eligbility Criteria: As per CSIR guidelines for Research Scheme/Sponsored Schemes/
Emeritus Scientist.

Eligbility Criteria: B.S. 4 years programme/ B. Pharm./M.B.B.S./Integrated B.S.-
M.S./M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree, with 55% marks and
passing of NET-LS/GATE test

Age Limit JRF-28 Yrs.

Age relaxation The upper age limit is relax-able up-to 5 years in the case of
candidates belonging to scheduled castes/ tribes/OBC, women and
physically handicapped candidates.

Fellowship Junior Research Fellow (JRF)– Rs. 31,000/- p.m. in first and second
years; Rs. 35,000/- p.m. in 3rd upon upgradation
