- Experience in remote supporting teams.

This is a global role for laundry soaps technology development programme linked to Clean future, Fuel for growth & Innovations agenda for Home Care. This role involves creating new & disruptive future technologies in soaps formulation and processing and supporting the execution of
successful technologies into the relevant markets. The role will require strong collaboration with Internal & external partners to land agile R&D principles without compromising on product design excellence. The role will report into the GDC Technology Manager.Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of technology roadmap linked to clean future, Fuel for growth & Innovations as per defined Funnel.
- Design of Formulations to meet the consumer expectations & in line with the strategies.
- Plan & execute and report Main Plant trials in factories with respective Cluster & Supply Chain collaboration.
- Developing the innovative & low CAPEX processing routes for new technologies in collaboration with Engg & processing teams.
- Supporting Cluster specific formulation development in line with the consumer expectations.
- Work on new Blendflex opportunities for palm oil alternates & partnering with PW soaps & oleocomm team.
- Successful landing of selected technologies globally along with Cluster & Supply chain teams.
- Build cluster specific consumer understanding for soaps & design the consumer winning formula in collaboration with Consumer technical insights (CTI) teams.
- Support benchmarking vs key competitors as per marketing needs in different assigned clusters.
- Designing the consumer testing brief along with Consumer technical insights team & aligning with the cluster teams.
- Carry out standard trials/tests of Soaps bars processing on lab and pilot plant scale with accurate formulation, supplemented by physical-chemical analysis.
- Analysing the data in terms of Pilot plant trials, Main Plant Trials, Consumer testing & draw the meaningful conclusions.
- Demonstrate expert level of R&D and SC knowledge through analysis, research, and networking across the global teams.
- Supporting and leveraging insights through strong partner to win initiatives that could build into the future funnel, leveraging the external resource economy available. Small scale pilot operations, bench scale lab processes.
- Strong partnership with SEAC and core supplier partners to ensure resilience of the technologies developed for future implementation.
- Strong partnerships with cluster regulatory forum to understand any project proliferation needs.
- Using digital tools like PLM, iPROMPT,Pharos, ELN & adapt digital Ways of working.
