Job Description
Essential Qualification (i)- M.S.c , BE, B.Tech. ,BVSc. ,B Pharm, or equivalent
degree, and at least two years of post-MSc. , BE, B.Tech. , BVSc , B Pharm, research experience, as evidenced from published papers in standard refereed journals.
(ii)- ME, M Tech or equivalent degree in Engineering/Technology;

Age Limit 32 Yrs.
Age relaxation The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5-years in the case of
candidates belonging to scheduled castes/tribes/OBC, women
and physically handicapped candidates.
Fellowship Senior Research Fellow (SRF) –Rs. 35000/- per month
Desirable: Knowledge of digital circuits, VHDL/Xilinx tools, VLSI, computer hardware,
encryption and security.
