Job Description
• Handle LC-MS/MS (Sciex, Shimadzu)
• Develop and validate bioanalytical methods and analyze study samples using LCMS/MS and ICP-MS in accordance with regulatory guidelines, sponsors requirements and applicable principles of GLP.
• Review MD data, Pre-MV reports, MV reports, bioanalytical reports
• Calibrate instruments and equipment in co-ordination with instrumentation engineer/service engineer
• Perform QC check for bioanalytical activities
• Co-ordinate the transfer of analytical data from lab to QA department
• Prepare protocols, validation report and method SOPs
• Prepare and review departmental and related SOPs
• To identify and investigate out of specification results
• Perform project leader responsibilities
• Respond to QA/regulatory/sponsor queries
• Communicate intra and interdepartmental activities
• Report to Reviewer/Manager for the activities of
