The Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) Radiation Medicine Centre (RMC) is currently accepting applications for two (02) positions in the Scientific Assistant/adhoc grade on a temporary basis. Further information regarding these vacancies can be found below.

Job Title: Scientific Assistant/B

No.of posts: 02

Eligbility Criteria:

B.Sc.(Chemistry) with minimum 60% marks OR B.Sc. with Chemistry as one ofthe subject with min. 60% marks

Experience: Minimum 3 months in preparation of the radiopharmaceutical will be prefered.

Salary: Rs 19,502 per month+ D.A. admissible

Age: Not more than 50 years as on 31:03.2023

Responsibilties: 

Preparation of radiopharmaceuticals under the supervision,date and entry and documentation of daily QC charts quality control and quality assurance of Rph, maintenance of inventory.

Answer: I understand that working in a radiation area requires strict adherence to safety protocols to minimize the risk of exposure to radiation. I will ensure that I follow all safety guidelines, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and undergo regular medical check-ups to ensure my safety and the safety of my colleagues.

Answer: My long-term career goal is to become a respected scientist in the field of radiopharmaceuticals.
